Kamran IusifoV

Health and Movement Specialist

I help people not only relax their bodies but also address deeper issues that affect their overall health and well-being. My work begins with a comprehensive assessment, which helps me understand where the body’s main energy is being directed – whether it’s the physical body, emotions, biochemistry, or the nervous system. This is important because when someone experiences back pain or chronic fatigue, the root causes might not always be physical. Sometimes, the issue lies in emotional blockages or imbalances within the body’s internal systems.

Once I identify the key problems, we begin working on resolving them. I use a combination of methods, including manual therapy, biodynamics, classical massage, and osteopathy. These techniques help restore balance and release tension from the body. Additionally, I work with emotional correction, which allows not only the release of stress but also addresses underlying emotional experiences that may be impacting the physical state.

A crucial part of my work is restoring correct movement patterns. This means helping the body move naturally and without pain. If a person has developed poor posture or has been making incorrect movements, it can eventually lead to discomfort and pain. My goal is to help you move easily and without strain.

Each session is tailored to the individual, based on what the assessment reveals and which problems need to be addressed first. My approach is designed to not just temporarily relieve symptoms but to deeply work with both the body and emotions in order to achieve long-lasting, sustainable results.
