I am Ilya Soliterman, a graduate of the Alberta College of Massage Therapy (900 hour program), the M. H. Vicars School of Massage Therapy (2,200 hour program), and a member of the Massage Therapist Association of Alberta.
I perform relaxation and therapeutic massages incorporating a variety of styles and techniques, turning each treatment into a unique experience.
Using Swedish and non-Swedish methods, Myofascial Release, Lymphatic Drainage and Reflexology, I help my clients relieve the symptoms of muscle tension, cramps and strains, lower back and sciatic pain, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, and many other conditions.
My joint mobilization techniques will help maintain the range of motion and relieve the pain in your shoulders, knees and ankles. Lymphatic Drainage will reduce the swelling and help the recovery from injury or surgery. It also helps to improve the skin appearance.
I work with fibromyalgia patients, helping them overcome chronic pain, fatigue and sleep problems. You can read my regular massage blog at www.massagist.ca. Go online, or call us and make an appointment with me. You will not be disappointed.
