I was born and raised in Miramichi, New Brunswick. I am a 2008 graduate of Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage. ACTM incorporates a very diverse clinical practicum including prenatal, rehabilitative, neurological disorders and athletic events.

I attained certification in Sports Massage and am in the process of attaining a Rapid Neurofascial Reset Certification. I also practice Active Release.

While labouring through a "knee" issue in early days of running and trying to let it pass... being sidelined for weeks was terrifying. After being convinced to see a therapist for Active Release treatment, it was a shock to find out the real issue was my hip flexor. I was back to running within days... I now knew that therapy was a valid course of action!

I soon after decided that I wanted to be part of the Massage Therapy network to help others get back to their healthy and happy selves, whether due to injury or the stresses of life in general... in lieu of waiting for them to "just go away" on their own.

While cycling and running are satisfying activities, spending my free time on a Squash or Padle court is a favourite pastime of mine.
